Walnut High School Girls Varsity Water Polo beat Rowland High School 20-9

Tuesday, December 6, 2016 3:15 PM Rowland High School AWAY 9 Walnut High School HOME 20 Game Recap The varsity girls Water Polo beat the Rowland Raiders at home Tuesday by a score of 20-9. Mustang leading scorers for Varsity were #3 Erin DeAnda and #12 Paris Alvarado.

The JV Girls Water Polo team shutout Rowland at Walnut High School, 5-0. Leading scorers were #3 Maggie Valencia and #17 Caitlin McKellep

Girls Home Dual Tomorrow

The Lady Mustangs wrestling team will be hosting their first ever home dual tomorrow December 6th at Walnut High School against Montclair. There will be JV and Varsity Level wrestling. JV Girls Basketball Wins Ayala Tournament

Walnut’s Girls JV Basketball won again Saturday night and won the Ayala Tournament. They defeated Oak Hills 52-21 for the championship and have now started the season 5-0.

Girls Wrestling Take 1st Place at Tournament

Walnut’s varsity girls wrestling tournament champions at Magnolia High School. This tournament was a individual tournament but Mustang wrestler came away with 12 medals. The varsity boys did awesome too at Carter. High School Our freshman Collin Hayes took 1st beating 3 returning CIF placers and earning MVP of the tournament.
