Cross Country Wins all 5 League Levels

Walnut’s Cross Country teams, Varsity and JV Girls and Varity, JV, and Frosh/Soph Boys won the Cross Country Hacienda League Championships. This achievement is a first in Walnut High School history. Jesse Alvarado was the  Boys MVP and Amanda Ghibaudo the Girls MVP. Congratulations Coach Jerry Knox and all athletes.

Walnut Fall Sports Wins 6 out of 7 Hacienda League Championships

The Mustangs had a great Fall Season.  Winning 6 out of 7 Hacienda League Championships.  1 Cif Team Champion, 1 CIF Runner-Up, and still waiting on some State and Southern Section playoffs to be completed.  Good Job Mustangs!!! Chloe Arriaga named Tribune Girls Cross Country Runner of the Year

Walnut Cross Country runner Chloe Arriaga received another honor, this time as the San Gabriel Valley Tribune’s Girls Cross Country Runner of the Year. Walnut’s Chloe Arriaga Wins CIF Title

Mustang Girls Cross Country’s Chloe Arriaga won the CIF-SS Division 1 title Saturday morning for the second year in a row.
